Set volume in office for amp.
Do not adjust "zones" they are preset
Adjust "Line In" to 50%
Adjust volume for Dining Room with "Master"
Set volume for Sports Room with Amp in closet

Place all trash bins

Pull all juices, syrups, herbs, fruit

Sink 1 - Dump sink
Sink 2 - Hot water beer suds
Sink 3 - Hot water
Sink 4 - Cold water sanitizer
Count drawer(s) - $310
Push food and drink specials
Check tablet for new info: Homebase, Holds Calendar, etc
Check FLocale social media for new info: Facebook, Instgram
Communicate any questions to Lead

Cap all herb and fruit jars and place in cooler
Throw away spoiled product
Cap and wipe down down juice, syrup, and bitters bottles
Place clean bitters bottles in caddy
Completely wipe down and under butchers block
Wipe down all bottles in well and well itself
Burn all ice and wipe well dry
Sanitize bar tools and place in sink pan to dry in ice well
Sanitize tool caddy and place upside-down in ice well to dry
Sanitize rail mats and wipe bottoms dry. Place back on bar
Clean all dirty glassware
Wipe out and dry sinks
Stock dry goods
Sanitize ice crusher
Sanitize down back bar bottles
Clean and dry beer try and spouts. insert Kleen Plugs
Clean smoking gun
Pull floor mats and spray with pressure washer - Thur, Fri, Sat
Bring in corn hole
Lock front door after closing time. late guest exit through side door.
Cap all bottles
No NOT cap bottles or pull mats with guests still at bar
Make sure there are no open check
